LPG - SAFETY CAPS & OPERATIONAL ITEMS

Used for securing safety caps in LPG cylinder valves and facilitates easy removal of the safety cap. These stainless steel spring clips can be customized as per specification of OITC (Technical Committee of IOC,BPCL,HPCL)

Manufactured using virgin Polyacetal, the self closing safety caps used in LPG cylinder valves can withstand pneumatic pressure. Specifications can be embossed at the fascade. Our unit is alredy OITC Approved

3 x 2 Ply twisted propylene multi-filament nylon/PPMF chord manufactured by NGT are duly provided with fused knots such that it does not get unfastened at any point. As per the specification of OITC (Technical Committee of IOC,BPCL,HPCL)

Manufactured from polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) film, the Teflon tape is used for sealing pipe threads to lubricate the threads and prevent leaks where pipes join.

Thickly woven cotton knitted cloth is used for manufacturing hand gloves. These come with high tensile strength and mechanical resistance for abrasion, cut, wear & tear

The LOT Cap used for LPG Valve comes syndicated with a Plastic Safety Cap, Rubber Ring and Tether for LOT Valve outlet. Equipped with 2 holed lugs such that it can be used by the LPG filling plant to tie it to the Valve body by soft twin nylon/ppmf chords.
